The family of a woman who died in a fatal collision on the M40 motorway on Monday, 22 May have paid tribute to her.
Alisha Saeed, 23, from Croydon was a passenger in a blue Volkswagen Golf on the M40 near Beaconsfield, which was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit.
The family said in a statement, “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of our beloved daughter and sister, Alisha Saeed.
“Alisha was more than just a daughter and sister; she was a kind-hearted angel who brought joy and happiness to everyone she met. Her infectious smile and warm personality lit up every room she entered, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.
“The loss of Alisha is immeasurable. She was taken from us far too soon, but her memory will live on forever in our hearts. We are not sure what our lives hold beyond today, and it is impossible to imagine life without Alisha.
“We will always cherish the moments we shared with Alisha and the impact she had on our lives. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly, reminding us to live each day with kindness, love, and compassion.
“Rest in peace, dear Alisha, and know that you will never be forgotten.”
The family have also asked for the media to respect their privacy at this difficult time.
Thames Valley Police has urged people with information to get in touch by calling 101 or through the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting reference number 43230223925.
